Shipping charges for your order will be calculated weight based and displayed at checkout.
Please note: We are unable to provide expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes.
All batteries ship only by Ground transport
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Import Duties, Fees and Taxes
All orders to a destination outside of the EU are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.
Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.
We are not responsible for any duties, fees, and taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.
Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
We provide to you all the necessary documents, as Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for our products.

RMA Form
RMA Steps:
- Fill out the RMA form completely (https://batterieslab.gr/RMA_Form.pdf)
- Prepare a copy of the sales invoice(s) for defective good(s)
- Email the RMA form at info@batterieslab.gr
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product should be Return-to-base.
IMPORTANT. All the shipments to our company should be with Tracking Code.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
